Grant Opportunity: Expanded Prekindergarten for Three- and Four-Year Old Students (EPK).The purpose of this opportunity is to increase the availability of high quality prekindergarten placements for high need children and schools within New York State. The program is designed to create new full-day placements, convert existing half-day prekindergarten placements to full-day, and to create new half-day placements for three- and/or four-year old students.
Eligibility: All public school districts are eligible to apply. A strong preference for funding will be given to high need districts, especially those that currently do not offer a state funded prekindergarten program.
Grant Amount: Grants will vary by district, please use the grant calculator found in Appendix C.

- Mandatory Notice of Intent due: October 5, 2018
- Due Date: Applications must be postmarked by October 29, 2018.
